Description
Spend the ski season working in Zermatt!
This is a diverse and extremely challenging, hands on role with overall responsibility for every aspect of the chalet operation and for the performance of each individual member of the chalet team.
The key objective is to deliver a world-class hospitality service and to create a bespoke and memorable holiday experiences for every guest while maintaining a profitable operation through cost control and working with defined budgets.
You will be required to lead and inspire the chalet staff to maximise their performance and produce a highly motivated and comitted team.
Requirements
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the luxury hospitality industry
- Cleaning and service experience, silver service preferred
- Good inter-personal skills and previous management experience
- A second language preferred
- Highly self motivated and ready to work within a team and individually when needed
- Ability to adapt to all guest requests and think on your feet
- Excellent organisation/time management and interpersonal skills
