Description
Food and Beverage Manager required for the 3* Best Western Himley Hotel, Dudley.
Duties Include:
- Training of your team
- Customer Service
- Cleanliness
- Implementation and auctioning of Departmental Policies and Procedures
- Operational running of Weddings and Large Functions
- Ability to up sell
- Basic sales awareness
- Ordering of stock for bars
- Bar stock takes
Requirements
As a Food and Beverage Manager you will be expected to be able to train a team to the highest standard, communicate effectively with your team and guests, work under pressure and time manage you and your team. You will be responsible for all aspects of the department including the operational running of weddings and large functions. Accountability for you department
