Description
The 5* London Marriott Hotel and Executive Apartments is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join its team.
The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that guest expectations are met and exceeded by providing hospitable service in a calm and professional manner following Marriott standards and procedures.
Please note that this is a full time position based at the hotel, and that all applicants must be legally able to live and work in the UK.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a busy F&B environment is essential
- Experience of breakfast service is preferred
- Experience of working in a fish / seafood restaurant is preferred
- Knowledge of table service and standards
- Wine and beverage knowledge (cocktail knowledge desirable)
- Excellent understanding of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of UK licensing laws would be advantageous
- Understanding and appreciation of Marriott history would be highly desirable
