Description
GLL is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work at Kentish Town Sports Centre within the London Borough of Camden. The successful candidate will be an organised individual who is driven and passionate with excellent sales and customer service skills.
Key aspects of the role will include:
Driving sales and promotional activities in the Centre via face-to-face and telephone contact
Striving to meet sales targets and protect revenue
Undertaking membership sales and administration of our direct debit system
Providing a high standard of customer care to all our customers
Sales outreach to the public and businesses in the local area

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience of working in a similar role / sales background.
The ability to work towards sales target
Excellent communication and customer care skills with ambition to succeed
Good understanding of direct debit systems and good IT skills
