Description
This key position will support the kitchen / catering function, maintaining excellent customer service, and maximising sales opportunities. You will deputise for the Management of the hostel and be responsible for co-ordination the team members.
Salary & Benefits
29 Days Holiday, Feee Health Cash Plan, Exclusive Retail Discounts, Free YHA Membership and Free Hostel Stays. A deduction of £28.83 per week is applicable for your accomodation. Optional deduction for food £19.23 per week.

YHA Langdale is a rambling Victorian mansion standing in picturesque grounds between Elterwater and Grasmere. Offering 106 beds the hostel boasts great views of Windermere and Bowness and is a great location to explore the Langdale Pikes.
Requirements
•We are looking for an individual with a proven ability of, or able to demonstrate, management & development of teams, preferably within a similar environment.
•Previous experience of working within the hospitality industry and able to demonstrate knowledge of current tourist industry standards
•Verbal, written and computer literacy essential.
•Experience preferably within customer services/hospitality/tourism sector
•Enthusiastic, motivated and committed to YHA charitable objectives
