Description
Fusion is a forward thinking and innovative operator of leisure facilities nationwise and we are looking for a Casual Coaching Assistant to work in our Osterley Sports and Athletics Centre. This is a casual role, up to 16 hours per week. You will assist in the supervision, operation and control of members involved in the activities.
Requirements
- Level 1 or Level 2 coaching qualification in 1 or more of the following; Athletics, Trampolining, Football, Basketball, Running or Gymnastics
- Experience working in a Leisure environment and/or on reception (cash handling)
- Understanding of relevant health and safety, employment legislation
- Good oral, numerical and written skills
- Ability to work outside normal hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays with flexibility of location, and able to work shifts as part of a wider team
- Responsible for maintaining all relevant qualifications and attending training sessions as part of normal working arrangements
