Description

At Harlequin RFC, we host not only Harlequins Rugby Matches, but also offer conference and banqueting facilities. There are regular opportunities for casual employment and we have ongoing vacancies from January 2012.

You will be expected to:
- provide the highest standard of customer service at all times.
- ensure that adequate stocks and refreshments are laid out for service periods and prepared for service areas.
- serve all beverages at functions and match days efficiently with correct beverage service knowledge.
- take food/drinks orders from customers and waiting staff clearly and precisely and prepare these orders as required.
- serve wine and drinks at the bar or tables as directed by your management team.

Requirements

Applicants will benefit from having previous bar experience, but this is not essential. Applicants must live within travelling distance of Harlequins RFC, be 18 years of age or over and be a UK/EU resident or a non resident with a valid UK work permit.
