Description
We are currently recruiting staff for out Dublin based coffee units. This job will require the successful candidate to ensure our service and store standards are met. We do this by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products. Staff members are required to ensure that the customer will experience a friendly, upbeat and clean atmosphere.
The Key Responsibilities for this job will include the following:
- Welcomes and connects with every customer.
- Discover customer needs and appropriately suggests product with every customer.
- Offers customer demonstrations and samples using brewing equipment.
- Responds to customer needs and says thank you to every customer. Demonstrates”Can do" behaviour by taking care of customer needs. Prepares Costa beverages to standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Requirements
All applicants must have a minimum of two years experience in a busy coffee shop environment.
