Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced Banqueting Sous to join our brigade at The 5* Celtic Manor Resort. Voted Top UK Conference Hotel in 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010 and in the Hot List for Conference & Incentive Travel magazine.

Requirements
As a Banqueting Sous Chef you must be standards driven with a genuine drive and ambition, have experience in a similar sized / quality establishment including a minimum of 2 years experience within Banqueting. You will be a committed and dedicated individual who strives for perfection and enjoys producing volume up to 800.
