Description

We are looking for some bright motivated people to join our kitchen and Back of House crew on Race Days.

This is a position with a great deal of physicality so the ideal applicant will be physically fit, with stamina and a will to suceed.

Duties will include:
* Clearing of plates
* Operating industrial crockery and cutlery cleaning machinery
* Hand washing of pots and kitchen equipment
* Keeping kitchen and back of house areas tidy and spotlessly clean
* Movement of waste.

No previous experience is necessary for this role, just a can-do attitude and a willingness to perform all the required duties to the highest standard. There may also opportunities for additional work at other local racecourses within the London Racing remit.

Requirements

* No previous eperience required.
* Must be able to travel to and from the racecourse under your own steam as transport is not provided.
