Back of House Assistant

Description

Back of House Assistants work in the kitchen areas supporting the staff that work within the hospitality areas within the stadium keeping kitchen areas and equipment clean and tidy. This role also involves the movement of stores and equipment around the stadium. It is a physical role and Back of House Assistants may be required to work in small teams or under their own supervision.
 
As far as possible each team member is allocated to work in the same area for each game. However business needs may require you to relocate to another area for any event or match day.

• Ensure an exceptional standard of service to all customers including internal customers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise during busy periods.
• Preparing work areas for service.
• Movement of equipment.
• Dishwashing activities.
• Keeping kitchen areas clean and free of hazards.
• Removing and disposing of refuse.
• Once service is complete ensuring that kitchen areas and all equipment are left clean and tidy.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

This would be an ideal role for a student, or anybody wishing to earn some extra money in their spare time!
