Description

An exciting opportunity for a pro-active, dynamic and hard working  manager to become involved in a new project launch in the French Alps. The successful applicant will have proven hotel, restaurant and bar management experience.
 
You will be assistng the General Manager with all hotel operations both front and back of house including Reception, Reservations, Food and Beverage, Guest Relations and Housekeeping. There are possibilities for year round employment.

You will be in charge of liaising with local suppliers, activity companies and ensururing standards, procedures and company image are maintained.

Requirements

  • Hotel, restaurant and bar management experience.
  • At least one full season working in the French Alps.
  • Knowledge of applicable Food Hygiene, legislation
  • Health and Safety regulations, Employment Laws.
  • DIY skills
  • French language desirable.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • EU passport holders only, with UK residency and UK permanent National Insurance number
