On behalf of a Zurich based client we are looking for an Asian Cuisine Chef.
Starting March/April 2012 or upon agreement.
The 80 seat Asian Restaurant (150 in summer), located in the heart of Zürich, is seeking a young head chef to lead a staff of 10. Opening for lunch and dinner (closed Sundays) it offers light Asian fusion dishes dishes, weekly menu choices for lunch and a la carte at night.

Requirements
- Creative and innovative, trained in Asian cuisine
- EU citizen or Swiss work permit
- Previous leadership experience (sous chef level)
- The drive to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
- HACCP certified
- Fluent in English, German preferred (but not required)
