Area Manager

Are you looking for a managerial role in the Austrian Alps this winter?

In this high level role, you will be responsible for all aspects of Resort Operations within your allocated area.

You will act as line manager to the Senior Resort Staff in your allocated area in order to achieve all performance related targets.

You will manage, monitor and improve efficiency and performance in all operational areas ensuring that standards are kept consistently high and improved upon across the board.

Requirements

Essential:

• Previous Resort Manager or Area Manager experience
• Experience working for a ski tour operator overseas
• Previous proven experience of successful staff management / motivation
• Proven sales experience, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Experience of managing budgets / analysing figures / controlling costs
