Description
Looking for an office job in a top European ski resort this Winter? Duties will include customer service enquiries, co-ordinating airport transfers, accommodation reservations, financial accounting and general administration. You will be responsible for the administration function for an overseas resort and may work alone or be part of a large admin team, supporting the Area Manager.
Requirements
You would be expected to:
* Have a proven track record within an administration field
* Be both numeric and accurate, ensuring that the highest quality of work is produced on a daily basis
* Have excellent knowledge of Word and Excel, with a proven ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures
* Have the confidence to speak with UK/overseas suppliers and staff
* Be able to work under pressure and on your own initiative, sometimes in very demanding conditions and with long hours
* Provide your line manager with timely and accurate information at all times
* Have a calm, fun, energetic and positive outlook
