Administrator/Ski Guide/Rep

We are a small, family run company looking for someone who is lively and outgoing and wants to have a fun season in Megeve!

We need an administrator with excellent organisational skills to process information sent from the UK and disseminate the information to the chalet managers/chefs and chalet hosts in the resort.  Ideally you need to be able to speak French.

You get every afternoon off to ski (except changeover day and occasional transfers) and one day off/ week. We pay £95/week and the package includes travel from London out there and back in the minibus, medical insurance, ski and boot hire, seasons ski pass, food and accommodation.

We ensure that you do get to go skiing as much as possible because that is the point of a ski season! We take great care to look after our staff. If you're happy then our guests are happy and most of our staff have remained our great friends.

Requirements

You need to be confident using spreadsheets on the computer, ideally using Macs, numerate for book keeping and as you will speak to suppliers, be able to speak French well.

Part of your job will be showing our guests the mountain so ideally you should be able to ski although you don't need to be an expert! You will also be on the transfer rota and will need to be able to drive.

You need to be flexible in your work ethos and willing to get stuck in as part of the team with whatever needs doing from helping the chalet hosts clean to lending a hand with the washing up.
