We are currently recruiting an Activity Manager for our centre in the Brecon Beacons, Wales for the 2011 season.
This Activity Manager role is ideal for experienced activity instructors with a proven supervisory background. Your leadership and organizational qualities will be tested to the full as you will be responsible for the instructional staff, their training and the safe and effective delivery of the activity programme at your centre.You must have high standards, be highly motivated and have excellent people skills. We expect you to deliver superb customer service to our guests at all times.

Requirements
- Supervisory or management experience in the outdoor industry
- Experience of activity programming
- Experience of training
- At least one of the following qualifications; Single Pitch Award, BCU Level 3 or 4 Coach, Senior Dinghy Instructor
- 21 yrs+ for senior positions
