Description

We urgently require require an talented chef and a host for an  immediately start.

Chef duties will include cooking  breakfasts, afternoon tea with cakes and a three-course dinner six days of the week (sometimes including special diets, e.g. for vegetarians) so  must have experience and confidence cooking restaurant quality food.

The host will support the chef and deal with all aspects of the guests' stay, serving meals, managing the operation of the chalet, all cleaning, all the shopping and doing the accounts.

Requirements

It is is essential that the chef has the proven experience to cook and present food to our high standards

You must be able to drive and aged 23+ due to insurance purposes.
