The company:
Due to expansion our Client is looking for High Profiled General Managers in Central London. They currenlty have 20 Restaurants looking to open one restaurant every two weeks for the rest of this year. Their product is totally fresh and they are at the top of their game.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- First-class management and leadership skills
- Proven team development abilities
- The know-how to effectively manage stock and cost control
- Good accounting knowledge and acute business awareness
- Enormous amounts of tenacity and energy
- The desire to make your restaurant outstanding
Your skills and qualifications will include:
- An excellent track record of managing in hospitality, retail or leisure
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Good stock, cost control and budgetary knowledge
- Proven leadership abilities and a good organiser
- The ability to build a strong rapport with guests
- The desire to make your restaurant outstanding

Requirements
You must have an outstanding CV, With at least two years service with each company you have worked for. You must be an excellent manager from a fresh food background, with outstanding service skills and with an impecable CV.
General Manager for at least two years.
