Description

An opportunity to join our brigade, catering for a number of restaurants at the world famous Glyndebourne Opera House.

We are looking for experienced chefs to join us for the Festival Season, providing fine dining for up to 650 covers per night. You will be part of the team preparing a wide range of menu choices including menus created especially for us by the legendary Albert Roux.

With up to 60 hours per week work available during the season, we are looking for hard working individuals who are able to maintain an exceptional standard of work, both individually and as part of the team.
