Demi Chefs de Partie

Description

Fantastic opportunity to come and work at the world famous Royal Albert Hall.

We are looking for chefs to assist one of our chefs de partie with the preparation, cooking and presentation of the section's food.

Other responsibilities will include assisting with training and provding cover for the Chef de Partie in their absence.

Requirements

Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role and hold a Basic/Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate.

You will also require the following qualities:

* Self motivated
* Team Player
* Good customer rapport
* Must have experience of busy pre-theatre restaurant
* Good personal presentation
* Ability to work unsupervised
