This is an opportunity to join the head office team in a varied role that will support the staffing, logistics and HR manager.
Responsibilities at the beginning of the season will include co-ordinating the arrival of new overseas staff and the departure of existing ones, managing the logistics of the pre season training courses and collecting required paperwork from all resort employees.
Ongoing tasks throughout the season will include managing the warehouse, organising all aspects of the arrival of new staff throughout the season, calculating performance related pay and organising the mid season meetings. You should also be prepared to staff or manage at an airport or feeder point.
The role is varied, but with a structure that is often absent from typical resort-based overseas roles. You can expect your working week to be 5.5/6 days on a split shift basis so you’ll have time to enjoy the fantastic skiing in the Chamonix region. A lift pass is provided as part of the package, as well as equipment hire and accommodation. |

These descriptions are by no means exhaustive and to be considered for this role you’ll need to demonstrate a wide range of skills. Key to the role is excellent communication skills, ability to organise and prioritise, able to work under pressure and have some experience in a supervisory role. Applicants must also be very computer literate with particular skill in word and excel. French language skills would be an advantage. |
