Overview: The main purpose of this diverse and challenging role is to help and support each member of the chalet team in their individual roles so that, as a team, you deliver a world-class hospitality service, creating unique and memorable holiday experiences for every client.
Main Responsibilities
· assisting with general cleanliness and tidiness throughout the property
· assisting with service of meals (breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and dinner)
· assisting with chalet and client laundry service
· assisting with general chores in the kitchen
· assisting clients generally and answering any queries
· supporting and assisting each member of the chalet team in their individual roles |

· previous general hospitality experience
