Description
We are currently recruiting for a Bistro Supervisor for our prestigious Bar and Bistro at the Ricoh Arena. Working as part of our hotel team, you will be committed to delivering service excellence, have a can-do attitude and maintain the highest levels of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
To effectively manage a small team in the absence of the Bar and Bistro Manager
To ensure that all staff are motivated and are providing a high level of service to all customers.
To ensure service delivered meets customer expectations and is consistent with set standards and procedures
Adhere to all legislation on licensing, trade, weights and measures.
Be fully aware and follow the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act.
To ensure cash handling procedures are adhered to at all times in line with company policies and procedures
To provide and maintain a consistent and efficient level of beverage sales and food service within all venue operations with an emphasis on suggestive selling.
To be the first point of contact for any escalation issues.
Requirements
If you are passionate about training and motivating a team in order to deliver a high level of service, then we would like to hear from you. Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, however full training will be provided for the right person. Applicants must be 18 or over.
