Bar Supervisor

Description

We are currently recruiting for Bar Supervisors for our prestigious dining areas at the Ricoh Arena.  You will be committed to delivering service excellence, have a can-do attitude and maintain the highest levels of professionalism.

You will work as part of our corporate team within our fine dining restaurants, executive boxes, lounge areas and corporate bars to deliver service excellence to our corporate clients.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
*        To effectively manage a small team
*        To complete a brief at the start of every shift.
*        To ensure the Bar is set up correctly in line with the Ricoh standards.
*        To complete a stocktake at the beginning and end of every shift.
*        To ensure that all staff are motivated and are providing a high level of service to all customers.
*        To ensure cash handling procedures are adhered to at all times in line with company policies and procedures.
*        To ensure all Health and Safety regulations are being followed.
*        To be the first point of contact for any escalation issues.
*        To ensure the standard of cleanliness in the Bar areas are maintained in a hygienic and safe way.
 

Requirements

If you are passionate about training and motivating a team in order to deliver a high level of service, then we would like to hear from you. Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, however full training will be provided for the right person. Applicants must be 18 or over.
