Description

Maintenance Manager

Ski Verbier is looking for a conscientious and enthusiastic individual to work as our Maintenance Manager in resort, ensuring that all our properties are well maintained.
Jobs vary from mending furniture to unblocking sinks and toilets to ordering and replacing electrical parts.

You will ensure all the jobs are completed promptly and pro-actively search to improve the standard of the chalets. Occasionally you may be required to help out our driving team chauffeuring clients around resort as well as collecting all skis from the chalets and taking them back to our ski hire shop.

You will have to build up an excellent rapport with our suppliers in resort and order equipment and spare parts as necessary. As with all members of the Ski Verbier team, we are looking for flexibility and for someone who is happy to help out when and wherever necessary.

Requirements

Recommended qualifications/experience for applicants includes:
-          Carpentry, electrics and plumbing experience
-          Advanced DIY skills
-          Hard-working and able to work under pressure
-          Practical, reliable and flexible
-          Previous experience working in a chalet or the service/hospitality industry
-          Positive and friendly attitude
-          EU passport holder
