Description
Spend the winter working and skiing in St Anton!

As the chalet chef, you will be responsible for the creation of varied three-course menu plans, based on local produce and supplies and working to a preset weekly budget.

You will work alongside one chalet host in our 16/18-bed chalet or two chalet hosts and the chalet manager in our 27/28-bed chalet and will, on occasion, be expected to help with cleaning duties.

Requirements
You must have superb cooking prowess coupled with thorough cleaning skills and sociability.

We do not expect a fully qualified chef for the post in the smaller chalet. However, cooking qualifications or previous experience of successfully running a ski chalet are essential.
