As a Supervisor you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of staff in your area of responsibility.

You will

* Possess great customer service focus and be committed to delivering excellence in hospitality within a fast paced dynamic team
* Ensure customer waiting periods are kept to a minimum
* Monitor presentation and appearance of staff to ensure consistently high standards are maintained
* Be a team player with a strong ability to give and take direction
* Ensure Company Health and Safety policies are adhered to
* Assist staff at optimum timings and ensure specified meal timings are adhered to

Requirements

Previous Team Leader experience and numeracy/literacy skills are essential, however training will be provided.
