Health Club Chef de Partie

Be part of the Catering Team working at Stamford Bridge, home to Chelsea FC! 

Levy Restaurants are proud to be the official caterer at Chelsea FC and as a result we are on the look out for new talent to work in the catering divisions of the club.

This key behind the scenes role is based in the kitchens at the 5 star Health Cub at the stadium. 

Your main duties will include:

·       To prepare and cook sufficient food to provide the agreed amount of customer choice with minimum wastage
·       To ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with food hygiene procedures
·       To ensure food is prepared to required standards checking for taste, presentation and quality
·       To ensure food is served promptly and work is carried out quickly and efficiently to keep up when busy
·       To ensure all food sent out is correctly garnished
·       To ensure portion control, preparation and storage methods avoid wastage and keep down costs
·       To assist in completion of relevant paperwork reproduction and wastage sheets, cleaning records etcTo ensure the kitchen and service area are clean, tidy and attractive during service

THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK 40 HOURS PER WEEK.

Requirements

* Experience in a similar environment
* Food Hygiene Certificate
* High standards and quality driven
* A ‘can do’ attitudeCity & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent
* Good people skills
* Ability to work in a teamPassion about food and customer service
