A prestigious organisation requires an experienced Sous Chef to join its management team at historic Leeds Castle in Kent.
The successful candidate must hold a NVQ Level 2, be reliable, presentable and looking for a challenging, but rewarding role. Previous kitchen management is essential as you will be managing a team of ten along with the desire to learn and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
