We have temporary positions available all year round and are ideally situated just 1 mile from Birmingham City Centre. This would be the ideal job for anybody looking for some extra work and cash!

As a Bar Team leader/Supervisor you are responsible for the successful running of the bar from the accuracy of the stock count and usage of the tills to the welfare, control, attitude and training of staff. It is your job to ensure that
the bar achieves the highest level of sales and service possible.

Requirements

You should have some previous management or supervising experience. You will be expected to manage a team efficiently and respond to and resolve problems quickly and effectively.

You will need to be able to make your own daily travel arrangements to Edgbaston.
