The greatest sporting festival in the world is coming to Britain, and we are looking for the greatest people in the world to deliver a memorable experience for the millions of visitors who will descend on the UK.

Compass Group will be right there to deliver cleaning services while the world looks on.


Reporting to a Supervisor, the Team Leader will:  

• Ensure a specific area is clean at all times
• Perform the task of a working leader, a hands on cleaning role whilst motivating and leading others
• Lead a staff team responsible for cleaning toilets, public areas, VIP areas, offices, seating, collecting litter and removing waste
• To ensure that all housekeeping duties undertaken are completed to the highest standard and within the required time frame, without supervision if required
• Take instruction from management, leading a diverse team and working independently. Brief supervisor on staff performance and task completion
• To maintain a high standard of discipline and appearance for yourself and any team members
• To be courteous and helpful to patrons and clients alike. Build relationships with clients in the area as required
• To develop a good knowledge of the site to enable efficient working practices.
• Lead activities of team members, ensuring that they have been properly trained to competently carry out their duties and responsibilities as well as ensuring that they acknowledge and accept a personal responsibility for safety.
• Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations
