Stong communciation skills and a passion for providing a first class service to customers are essential, together with a flexible working attitude as the Royal Albert Halls holds matinees, evening and weekend performances.

If you have customer service experience in a similar environment, confidence in resolving queries and a desire to deliver great customer service, this is an exciting opportunity within the Hall.
