This busy front of house role involves dealing with guests' queries and requests, providing information about the local area and activities, telephone control and billing, translating and liaison with local suppliers.

It is a varied role which provides an ideal opportunity for language speakers to improve and develop their skills.

Requirements

We are looking for applicants with a high standard of administration and customer service skills. You must be professional with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Language (French, German or Italian dependent on resort) essential.

All applicants must have a British Passport, a British National Insurance number and a British bank account.
