Can you provide unbeatable administration support to our overseas Ski Resort teams? This important behind-the-scenes role requires an organised person, with strong attention to detail who is able to work to deadlines. Reporting into the Administration Supervisor, you’ll be working as part of a team helping to ensure that all of our customers receive the best service in the industry.
Your responsibilities will include all administration support to our customers, hotel and supplier network as well as general office duties. In particular you’ll help to download, process and distribute rooming & transfer lists as well as liaising with hoteliers, suppliers, resort staff and customers. Excellent communication and computer literacy skills are key requirements of this role.
Working on a shift rota system, you’ll maintain the high standards that all of our customers have come to expect. You must have the ability to work in a team, a flexible attitude and the ability to think on your feet. |

Essential
· British/European Passport
· UK/Irish bank account, and Tax or National Insurance number
· Administration experience
· Computer literacy in Excel and Word
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work unsupervised
· Team player
· Strong Attention to detail
· Positive and friendly manner
Desirable
· Second language in either French, German, Spanish or Italian
· Previous experience of working in a Ski Resort |
