Are you sociable, outgoing and willing to work hard to provide outstanding service to our Ski customers? If so, then you could be the person we’re looking for to assist our Chalet Managers in creating a great home-from-home experience in one of our European chalets this winter. An enthusiastic personality with a desire to learn more about catering for groups of people is essential for this role.
First Choice Ski operates over 25 chalets in some of the best Ski resorts in France and Switzerland and they vary in size from 6 to 40 guests.
With your vibrant personality you will ensure that a warm & friendly atmosphere is created for our guests at all times whilst in the chalet. With high customer service standards, you’ll have the passion and confidence to interact with our guests ensuring that they have the most enjoyable skiing holiday as well as a Chalet to be proud of!
Working closely with your Chalet Manager, you will ensure that working as a team your Chalet is running efficiently. A responsible outlook is essential for this hands-on role and you’ll be required to assist the Chalet Manager in all aspects of running the chalet, including general housekeeping, food ordering and preparation, and stock control. There is no doubt that this role will be physically demanding, however we know that the rewards will be worth it! |

Essential
· British/European passport
· UK/Irish bank account, and Tax or National Insurance number
· Keen interest in food
· Experience working within a customer service environment
· Flexible attitude and a responsible outlook
· Ability to work unsupervised as well as in a team
· Friendly, outgoing and positive manner
Desirable
· Experience within the catering and hospitality industry
· Previous experience of working within a ski resort
· Flair for food presentation |
