In Chamonix we need great people with very strong organisational skills. The areas you’ll be looking after are crucial to the successful delivery of our product overseas, and you’ll be in constant contact with the resort based teams who rely on a superb back office team to support them in making sure all our guests get a great service and have a great holiday.
This is a position of considerable importance in the Properties department, providing comprehensive administrative support to the Properties Manager of France, Switzerland and Andorra. The role is critical to the smooth and effective operation of the properties department on a day to day basis
The Properties Administrator is responsible for timely and accurate production and recording of all technical and operational information relating to the Properties function.
You can expect your working week to be 5.5/6 days on a split shift basis so you’ll have time to enjoy the fantastic skiing in the Chamonix region. A lift pass is provided as part of the package, as well as equipment hire and accommodation. |

An excellent level of spoken and written French is required for this position, as well as solid communication skills. Applicants will also need a high level of competence with Microsoft Office and have understanding of targets and budgeting.
Our opportunities in the overseas admin team are much sought after, and we will take only the very best candidates on board. As well as completing the online application and passing an initial screening process, you'll also need to be available to come to the Crystal Head Office in Kingston, London on either Friday 8th or Saturday 9th August for an assessment day. |
