As an important member of the hotel management team, you’ll ensure every guest enjoys fine dining. Together with your team, you’ll make the dining area of one of our Club Hotels into the place where all our guests want to eat, night in, night out. From setting up efficiently, to enthusiastically encouraging wine promotions and welcoming everyone, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly.
Bear in mind, this varied and fast-paced role could be the next step in a career that could see you becoming a Hotel Manager – and you have the chance to earn a valuable NVQ qualification into the bargain.

You’re a perfectionist, who wants to make sure that standards keep on rising. You’ll make sure your team’s morale is sky high – and that they in turn are giving customers plenty of TLC. (Your restaurant experience and great people skills will stand you in good stead here.) From a warm ambience to a great wine list, you’ll ensure guests have all they need at their fingertips and feel right at home.
