This is a role that lies at the very heart of Crystal’s success. Quite simply, you’ll take charge of an entire region. From sales to customer service, operations to safety, you’ll oversee it all. Key budgets will be in your hands, as will staff training, quality control and the complex logistics of transferring all our guests from the airport. A brilliant motivator and leader, you’ll work closely with Managers and their teams throughout the resort. The result? Great holiday memories for happy guests, and target busting results for your region.

You have heavyweight management experience in leisure or overseas travel. Vitally, you understand the world of the resort rep – you’ve been one yourself. An astute analyst, you’ve proved you can evaluate a business, developing and implementing solutions that smooth out problems and improve performance.
