We are looking to recruit Senior Activity Instructors who will be responsible for the delivery of activity sessions to our guests at our centres in the Brecon Beacons, France, Italy & Spain.
These roles are ideal for experienced activity instructors with a proven supervisory background. Your leadership qualities will be tested to the full in this role. Reporting to the Activity Manager, you will be directly responsible for all aspects of either the Sailing / Windsurf, Paddlesports or Climbing & Land activities, from training and monitoring the instructional staff team to regular checks of activity equipment.
You must have high standards, be highly motivated and have excellent people skills. We expect our staff to deliver excellent customer service to our guests, whilst delivering fun and safe activity sessions.
As part of the role, you will also be required to interact daily with the guests and get involved in all aspects of centre life from cleaning and serving at meal times to site work.
Requirements
- RYA Senior Dinghy / Windsurf Instructor
- SPA / ML assessed
- BCU Level 3 Coach (Canoe or Kayak)
- First Aid
All of our staff participate in a comprehensive induction & training programme at centre and there are pre and post-season training opportunities to gain NGB qualifications in different activities.
