Description
Acorn Adventure is now recruiting for the 2009 season which begins in March.

We are looking to recruit a Catering Manager for our centre in the Brecon Beacons National Park, South Wales.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at an activity based holiday centre and build on your experience, taking charge of your own kitchen and team of catering staff. You will oversee the provision of three well-balanced wholesome meals a day for between 150 and 300 guests and staff depending on which centre you are based at.

As well as food preparation you will be responsible for all the kitchen administration including rotas, ordering, record keeping, stock control and catering staff training.
We expect you and your staff team to deliver a superb service to our guests at all times.

By taking up this challenge you will achieve a lot and gain valuable experience at Acorn Adventure whilst enjoying the benefits of living and working in a fantastic outdoors environment with a group of like minded people.

Requirements
* C&G 706 1 & 2 or equivalent.
* Food hygiene certificate.
* Experience in a high-volume catering environment.
* Computer literate.
* 21 yrs +.
