Description
Sous Chef required for the charming Seven Stars in Winsley, a food led destination pub. We are located only 5 minutes away from Bradford on Avon and 10 minutes from Bath!
We are searching for an enthusiastic and passionate Sous Chef who shares our passion for homemade, seasonal and locally sourced food.
Already a Gold Award winner in the 2010 Taste of the West dining pub awards, we are seeking to build on our success with recognition through AA rosettes and national awards from the leading guides.
This is a great opportunity to work under our talented head chef, develop your skills further and also to fully collaborate with him to realise your potential and that of The Seven Stars.
Requirements
You’ll be highly motivated, keen to learn and share our ethos in serving superb freshly made food using the finest local ingredients.
If you are an inspired Chef de Partie or a Junior Sous looking to progress your career, we very much look forward to hearing from you.
Experience of working in a rosette background would be a distinct advantage but a real passion for food is more important to us.
