Ambitious Chef de Partie required for the George Hotel, Cranbrook, Kent.

The George Hotel and Brasserie has been voted one of the top 25 gastro hotels in England by The Observer newspaper.

The George Hotel and Brasserie is part of the Shepherd Neame Master Brewers and is noted for its high standards and imaginative menus. It holds one rosette for its restaurant.

We wish to appoint an ambitious Chef de Partie who aspires to progress in an AA Rosette standard kitchen producing high quality meals.

Competitive rates of pay based on experience, together with a 5-day week and 5.6 weeks paid holiday a year. Participation in the Shepherd Neame 'Chef Development Programme'.

Requirements

Applicants must have relevant experience in a busy pub, hotel or restaurant producing quality meals from local fresh produce.

This is a live out position.
