Description
Liberty Stadium Swansea is the premier venue for conferences and events in South West Wales. The variety of function suites can accomodate meetings, lunches and dinners from 8 to 660. The facilities are second to none and boast views of the hallowed turf.

Working as the hospitality supervisor, you will primarily be in charge of food and beverage delivery to our hospitality guests. This is achieved through the effective management of allocated staff, and through the provision of specific direction to all. Maintaining an acute customer focus at all times is key, as are strong customer interaction skills.

You will be expected to uphold, and if possible exceed the specified standards of service which have become synominous with VIP hospitality at the Liberty Stadium.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:

* Proven experience within a Restaurant / Hotel / Conference Environment essential (preferably at supervisory level)

* Passion to consistently exceed customer expectation

* Attention to detail

* Strong leadership qualities
