Description
Spend a year teaching English in South Korea!

You'll receive return flights, free accommodation in a studio flat and a salary that's well above average in this fascinating country. If you're travelling in a couple or with a friend, you can choose to be placed in the same accommodation and even at the same school.

You'll be looked after by a Flying Cows representative who has personal experience of teaching English in South Korea. He or she will be on hand to answer any of your questions.

You will probably work in a Hagwon -- a private institute that students attend after school in the afternoons.English is extremely important to Koreans; your efforts will be hugely appreciated and the children will be fascinated by you and your culture.

Students' ages range from 4 to 18, though most are younger than 13, and you won't have more than 12 children in a class. Classes are usually 40 to 50 minutes long with an emphasis on conversational English.

You may also be invited to contribute to the creation of teaching materials, participate in workshops, parents meetings and school excursions.

Requirements
Applicants must be native English speakers and hold a university degree.

A CELTA/TESOL qualification is not required, but desirable.
