Directski.com is offering the right candidate the opportunity to enrich his/her CV and further his/her career with managerial positions in France.
As a Directski.com ski overseas manager you will be responsible for the complete smooth running of the Overseas Resort. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
* Representative training
* Resort setup - close down
* Transfer Logistics
* Overseeing airport operation
* Ensuring team morale / discipline
* Setting up an interesting and varied après ski program
* Organising and supervising schedules and rotas
* Liquating sales and ensuring all cash handling is in order
* Resolving in resort problems
* Setting and maintaining targets
* Ensuring all paper work is delivered to Head Office on timely basis

We are looking for experienced individuals who speak French, have previously worked in a French ski resort at managerial / supervisory level, who would like to bring their skills, personality and ideas to our rapidly expanding, dynamic company.
Along with the prerequisite qualities required; (Organised, motivated, excellent communications, customer focused, flexible / adaptable, hard working, computer literate), we are looking for innovators who think outside the box, who are looking for recognition and reward outside the normal constraints of the traditional restrictive tour operators. |
