Description

Spend the winter working in the beautiful 4 star chalet-hotel "Matsuzaka" with Japanese spa chalet in the French Alps!

We are looking for a hard working, independent and experienced chef with an interest in Japanese/ Fusion cuisine to work with us this winter.

This is a demanding but satisfying position working with a dynamic team, with great pay and benefits, looking after the 20/24 guest restaurant and developing a gourmet menu selection.. all whilst having time to ski/board in the most beautiful resort of La Rosière 1850.

If you are a talented chef, passionate about cooking and motivated to deliver exceptional service, as well as able to adapt swiftly to the demands of guests, then we want to hear from you!

Requirements

Candidates should hold a recognised catering qualification and have experience in the hospitality/catering industry.

All applicants must hold an EU passport.
